These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MangaGrid website and application ("MangaGrid" or "the Platform"), owned and operated by MangaGrid ("we," "us," or "our"). User-generated content remains the sole responsibility of the respective users and does not transfer any ownership rights to MangaGrid. Mangas and Manga's related content does not belong to MangaGrid in any shape or form, we only index their information to show it in a convenient way.
3. User Responsibilities
   1. General Responsibilities: As a user of MangaGrid, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You must also abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules provided by MangaGrid.
4. Prohibited Activities
   1. Respect for Others: You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may disrespect, harass, or harm other users of MangaGrid. This includes but is not limited to, posting offensive or inappropriate content, engaging in personal attacks, or engaging in any form of discrimination.

   1. User-Generated Content: MangaGrid does not actively moderate user-generated content. However, we reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate or offensive. Users are encouraged to report any violations to MangaGrid for review.

   1. Dispute Handling: In the event of a dispute or conflict, each party will express their perspective on the matter. A vote will be initiated, open only to registered users who joined MangaGrid before the vote was initiated. The outcome of the vote will determine the resolution, as agreed upon by the MangaGrid community.

   1. Disclaimer: MangaGrid provides the Platform and its services "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. Your use of MangaGrid is at your own risk.
8. Updates to the Terms of Use
   1. Notification: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through a notification within the MangaGrid platform. Your continued use of MangaGrid after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
